Amberfield Wilder Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 582 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
