Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Loom Insurance Group is an insurance company in Grand Rapids with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
