Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Insurance and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
