Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
