Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath North Medical is a Grand Rapids company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
