Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Meadow Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 943 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
