Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Junction Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Grand Rapids and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
