Silverline Amber Water Authority is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
