Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Fresno, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
