Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Union Health provides primary and specialty care in Fresno, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
