Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Lantern Medical is a Fort Worth company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
