Foxglove Willow Insurance Partners is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
