Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Thistle Pharma and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
