Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
