Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Nest Construction is a Fort Worth contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
