Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Junction Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
