Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Harbor Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
