Nova Kestrel Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
