Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath West Energy Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
