Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Fernwood Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Detroit, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
