Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Bright Juniper Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
