Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
