Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Sparrow Foods is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
