Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak West Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
