Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Denver. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Denver. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
