Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Mill Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Columbus region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
