Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ridge Medical Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
