Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Civic Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
