Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge River Insurance is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
