Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Summit Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Cleveland and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
