Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Birch Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 470 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
