Bluepeak West Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
