Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Logistics and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
