Northwind Studio is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance.
