Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Lantern Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
