Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

Westbrook Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Chicago. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
