Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Junction Financial Group serves customers across Chicago with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
