Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Construction Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
