Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Corner Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Charlotte, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
