Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Amber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Charlotte, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
