Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Oak Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Charleston with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
