Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Meridian Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Boston with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Boston. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
