Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Harbor Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 685 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
