Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Silverline Lakeside Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boston, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 789 people based in Boston. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
