Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Boston. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
