Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone North Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Boise. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
