Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Nest Water Authority and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
