Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Boise, ID)

Bright Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in Boise with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Boise. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
