Northwind Bridge Banking Services is a regional lender in Boise with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
