Silverline Bridge Energy is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
